Fruit And Nut Chocolate Rocks, as the name suggests are irregular-shaped and rock-like little chocolate bites. They are made of tempered chocolate and nuts. These are easier to prepare than the moulded chocolates.
You just need to melt chocolates in a double boiler or microwave, then add the dry fruits and nuts. Mix them well, drop them with spoon on to a butter paper and set it in the refrigerator.
