Easy to make and delicious to eat! – These radish or mooli rotis that I am sharing here is a quicker and easier version of the traditional Punjabi Mooli Parathas.
Instead of stuffing the dough with the radish filling, I have added grated radish directly into the flour before kneading into a dough.
I make radish/mooli ki roti often as this is good to pack into a tiffin box as well. Goes well with just a simple raita for the breakfast. For lunch these radish rotis can be served with raita and any sukhi or gravy sabzi.
Tips: Radish releases lots of water so the grated radish must be squeezed and drains of excess water before adding them to the flour, otherwise the dough will be sticky and rolling them would not be easy.
