This Air Fried Veggie Spring Rolls is a delectable Chinese starter that is healthier. Traditionally the spring rolls are deep fried. This one is air fried using Pigeon air fryer that tastes as good as the fried ones.
For the filling I have used boiled Maggie noodles along with vegetables.
Spring roll wrappers can be made using dough or pancake batter.
I prefer using the outer wrappers at home with flour dough.
