I have been wanting to make the ravioli pasta since a very long time, and finally yesterday I did it recollecting from memory of watching a ravioli in pumpkin sauce from a food show. It is wee bit time consuming but with little patience and the love for cooking you will not realize those 90 minutes slip by. At the end the satisfaction of creating this tasty, challenging dish and the appreciation from your family and friends is what matters.
