Instructions
  1. Cut the mango into small cubes. Cut the cucumber into similar size pieces.
  2. Chop the onions, cut tomato after removing the pulp and seeds. Slit green chilli and cut again into halves.
  3. In a bowl mix all the vegetables, mango pieces, add salt, cracked pepper, chopped coriander leaves.
  4. Toss everything gently and serve.
