Last week I made pathiri, by the way pathiri is a rice-flour based chappatis made in Kerala. Usually served with a non-vegetarian dish.
So I was searching my recipe book for any gravy that would go well with the pathiri.
From my old collections, I found a Tarla Dalal recipe that I thought would team up well with the pathiri and modified it a bit.
