Thai Veg Green Rice is flavorful and hits the right taste buds with the use of coconut milk and green curry sauce or paste. Thai cuisine is believed to be delicate and colorful using various herbs and spices like the Indian food.
Rice is the staple grain in Thailand just as it is in most Asian countries. Rice is the first and most important part of any meal, and as they say the Thai words for rice and food are the same; ‘khao’.
In this recipe of Thai Veg Green Rice, I have used the Thai green curry paste that I prepared at home. For recipe of the green curry paste click here. Vegetables I have used in the rice are green colored; french beans, peas. I use broccoli too but did not have broccoli so skipped it today.
The curry paste and the coconut milk gives the Thai Veg Green Rice a nice flavor.
